First, the obvious, "Are you the cheapest?"

At Wheelz Aerial Videography, we firmly believe in the concept of "you get what you pay for."

Our competitive pricing reflects the exceptional quality of our work, our specialized expertise, and our professional FAA Part 107 certificated remote pilots. We are certainly far from the most expensive.

Some competitors charge obnoxious prices with nonsense hidden costs, you get a custom, no-BS quote “Straight from the horse’s mouth”.

It's worth considering that while some operators may offer services for less than $150, the potential trade-off in quality should be taken into account.

Do you just do aerial media? How about ground video/photo? What resolution do you use?

4K is our default standard with higher definitions available. While aerial media is our niche, we have a dedicated team who ALSO performs ground video and photo so no worries!

Do all companies have FAA Part 107 certifications and insurance?

Some don't have the required FAA Part 107 certification or insurance. They assume the FAA won't find out since the fines for not having the certification are MUCH lower than the fines for the person or company who procured the services.

Some operators and companies skip insurance because they think it's too expensive and believe nothing will go wrong… Some of our competitors just roll-the-dice, hoping nothing happens.

What’s your operating radius from Colorado Springs?

We have pilots in Denver, Grand Junction and Pueblo to maximize our reach in Colorado.

We will and do travel regularly outside of Colorado, so no worries! We also have a large network of professional and trusted pilots!

Do your remote pilots have FAA Part 107 certifications?

ALL of our remote pilots are vetted and FAA Part 107 certificated. We keep everything on file and ensure all certifications are current.

Are you insured and if required, can I be added as ‘additional insured’?

Yup, we are insured while performing the services you need.

If requested, we provide the option for clients to be added as ‘additional insured’ and we prioritize safety in every project.

Do I really need to hire someone with a Part 107 certification? Why not just take pictures myself?

The necessity of a Part 107 certification arises if drone photography or videography is being used for commercial purposes (furtherance of a business), as per the FAA regulations. Failure to comply with this requirement can lead to substantial fines for businesses and individual operators.
